Data we collect
We collect your account details (name, email) and the contacts and content you add to create cards and reminders. We record your consent choices with a timestamp.
How we protect your data
Personal data about your contacts (email addresses, phone numbers, notes) is stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, in a database table kept separate from operational data. Lookups use keyed hashes so we never need to expose the plaintext. Data in transit is protected with TLS.
Email notifications
We only send marketing/notification emails if you opt in. Every such email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can change your preference anytime from your profile.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request a copy of your data (data portability) or ask us to delete your account and associated personal data (right to erasure) from your profile settings. We action these requests promptly.
