For admins & staff
How the internal Admin console works and what each staff role can do.
The Admin console is a separate area for MomentA staff — not end users. Access requires a staff role, and each role sees only what it needs. Open it from the account menu when you have access.
Staff roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Support | View users, work data-subject (privacy) requests, and moderate content. |
| Content Admin | Everything Support can do, plus full content/library moderation and commerce. |
| Identity Admin | Everything Content Admin can do, plus user management (block/unblock). |
| Super Admin | Full access, including changing other users' roles. |
What's in the console
- Users: search accounts, review status, and (with permission) block or unblock.
- Content & Library: moderate generated content and stored assets.
- Commerce: review orders and marketplace activity.
- Privacy: process data export and erasure requests.
- Plans, Tenants & Services: review configuration and system health.
- Audit: a log of sensitive administrative actions.
Least privilege
Roles are additive and enforced on the server, not just hidden in the UI. If an action is unavailable, your role doesn't include it — ask a Super Admin to adjust access.
Note
Administrative actions are recorded in the Audit log for accountability.
