Moments & reminders

A moment is a dated event tied to a contact — a birthday, anniversary, graduation, or any milestone. MomentA rolls recurring dates forward each year and shows what's coming up. All your upcoming moments are also visible on the Timeline for an at-a-glance view of the year ahead.

Event types

Choose from milestones like Birthday, Anniversary, Engagement, Wedding, New Baby, Graduation, New Job, Retirement, New Home, Memorial, Holiday, and more. Recurring events (like birthdays) repeat automatically.

Set a reminder

   Add an event to a contact

   Pick the event type and date. Recurring is preselected where it makes sense.

   Choose lead time

   Get reminded 0, 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days ahead.

   Create in one tap

   From the overview or Moments, hit Create card for an upcoming moment and the wizard prefills the occasion details.

The Timeline

The Timeline view (open it from Moments in the sidebar) shows all your upcoming occasions in a scrollable calendar ribbon. Each event shows the contact name, occasion type, and days remaining. Click any event to jump straight into Create with the details prefilled.
