Timeline

The Timeline is a bird's-eye view of your year. It shows every upcoming occasion across all your contacts in a scrollable ribbon — birthdays, anniversaries, events, and milestones — sorted by date. From here you can jump directly into creating for any occasion.

Reading the Timeline

• Occasions are shown as cards in date order, grouped by month.
• Each card shows the contact's name, occasion type, and how many days away it is.
• Occasions happening in the next 7 days are highlighted so they stand out.
• Past occasions appear dimmed and scrolled above the current date.

Acting from the Timeline

   Open Timeline

   Go to Timeline in the studio sidebar, or click View full timeline from the Moments widget on the overview.

   Scroll to the right date

   Drag or scroll the timeline to browse months. Use the month jump bar to skip ahead.

   Create for an occasion

   Click Create on any card — the wizard opens pre-filled with the occasion, contact name, and suggested tone.

   Set a reminder

   Click the bell on any card to add or adjust the reminder lead time for that occasion.

Filtering the Timeline

Use the filter bar to narrow the Timeline to a specific contact category (Family, Friend, Coworker, etc.), a group, or an occasion type. You can also hide past events to keep the view focused on what's coming up.
