Create polished digital and print-ready invitations for any occasion, with RSVP tracking.

The Invitations tool is a dedicated flow for events — parties, weddings, launches, baby showers, graduations, and more. Create a matched invitation set (digital invite, print version, and social post), collect RSVPs, and manage your guest list, all from one place.

Create an invitation

    Open Invitations

    Go to Invitations in the studio sidebar, or start from Create and pick Invitation as the format.

    Describe the event

    Enter the event name, date, time, location, and a short description. MomentA fills the invitation copy automatically.

    Choose a style

    Pick a template and tone. The wizard can generate a matched social post and print flyer at the same time.

    Add your guest list

    Import contacts or paste a list of emails. MomentA personalizes each invite with the recipient's name.

    Send or share

    Send digital invites via email, copy a shareable link, or download the print-ready version.

RSVP tracking

Every digital invitation includes a built-in RSVP page. Guests tap the link and respond with a single click. Your Invitations dashboard shows a live count of accepted, declined, and pending responses.

Bundle your invitation set

Use a Celebration Bundle to keep the invitation, matching social post, and print flyer grouped together for easy reuse and ordering.

Note

Guest-list email sending requires a Business plan. Shareable links and print exports are available on all plans.
