How your data is protected

  • Contact details are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, in a table separate from operational data.
  • Lookups use keyed hashes so plaintext is never exposed unnecessarily.
  • Data in transit is protected with TLS.
  • We record your consent choices with a timestamp.

Your rights

  • Data portability: request a copy of your data.
  • Right to erasure: delete your account and associated personal data.
  • Both are available from your profile's privacy controls.
