Select a recognition type: Work Anniversary, Project Kudos, Thank You, Birthday, Milestone, Get Well, or a custom message.

Choose an individual contact or an entire Group.

Personalize the message
Review the AI-drafted message and edit it. Add a signature and optionally attach a design from your library.
