Permissions & capabilities
Understand what each account can do and which permissions a guardian controls.
What you can do in MomentA comes from your account type, your role in a workspace, your plan, and — for children — the permissions a guardian grants.
Guardian-controlled permissions
These capabilities are off for children until a guardian enables them:
- AI image generation
- Publishing & sharing publicly
- Making purchases
- Importing contacts
- Sending messages
Workspace roles
In accounts that support members, roles range from Owner and Admin down to Manager, Member, Contributor, and Viewer. Higher roles can manage members and billing; lower roles are limited to creating or viewing.
Note
If a tool is hidden or a button is disabled, it usually means your role, plan, or guardian settings don't include that capability.
